A vibrating lens consists of an XY-axis vibrating motor, an XY-axis servo drive board, a vibrating lens mount and a housing. The signal provided by the computer controller drives the optical scanning head through the drive amplifier circuit, thus controlling the deflection of the laser beam in the X-Y plane.
The basic working principle of the oscillating mirror
The mirror system is actually a high precision servo control system consisting of a servo control board and an oscillating motor. When a drive signal is input, the oscillating motor oscillates at a certain angle according to a certain voltage to angle conversion ratio. The whole process is controlled by closed-loop feedback, with five major control circuits such as position sensor, error amplifier, power amplifier, position differentiator and current integrator working together.

The use of the oscillator
1. High speed oscillator for 6mm spot or less, mainly used for stage lighting demonstration, laser animation, laser advertising machine, etc.
2.for 12mm spot or less high-speed high-precision oscillator, mainly used for fiber laser marking machine, semiconductor pump laser marking machine, flight marking and infrared camera.
3.for the 20mm spot or less of high-speed high-precision oscillator, mainly used for precision laser marking, laser forming, laser resistance and LIDAR.
