Application and Function of Handheld Laser Welding Machine Components

The core accessories mainly include

1. Laser generator: a component that directly generates laser light

2. Laser control system: controls the energy level and beam parameters of the laser.

3. Touch screen control system: Control the laser switch, control the scanning speed and width of the welding gun, and control specific other accessory parameters, such as laser delay, blowing delay, scanning position correction, etc

4. Water cooler: Cooling the laser generator and handheld welding gun body through water circulation

5. Handheld welding gun body: including gun body structure, collimating lenses, focusing lenses, deflection motors and lenses, protective lenses, welding copper nozzles, etc., which are also the main consumables of the entire equipment.

With the widespread application and promotion of handheld laser welding machine connection technology, more and more people have gained new understanding of it. Firstly, the handheld welding machine can be disassembled into three main parts: welding gun head, cabinet, and laser.

The welding gun head is shown in the figure:

Welding head protection function:

1. Laser head protection: When the laser head experiences an (E) signal or no data output, the system detects a motor fault, the laser head status light goes out, and the system stops sending light signals.

2. Conduction state protection: The conduction signal is controlled by an independent 24V voltage. When an interference signal or non self owned 24V voltage is received, the state goes out and the system stops sending an optical signal.

3. Welding gun status protection: When the welding gun receives a normal conduction state and the laser head state, that is, a circuit with an independent conduction signal of 24V and an independent laser head of 15V, the system sends out optical signals normally.

4. Trigger button protection: This button sets multiple independent circuits, that is, if any protection function is disturbed or fails, releasing the trigger button can force the system to stop connecting to the laser, effectively preventing laser emission.

5. System leakage protection: The motherboard has added multiple isolation protection to prevent factors such as chassis leakage and lightning from burning the motherboard or causing interference to the motherboard.

6. Shell protection: The motherboard and driver are protected by a metal shell, which can better shield the outside world


2、 Laser
