With the maturity of domestic 10,000-watt fiber laser technology, 10,000-watt fiber laser cutting equipment has gradually become popular in the domestic market, providing a better solution for thick plate cutting. However, many equipment manufacturers are not particularly familiar with the configuration and operation of the 10,000-watt ultra-high-power fiber laser cutting machine. Today we mainly introduce the selection, installation, maintenance and precautions of Wanwa cutting head:
1. Model selection of 10,000-watt cutting head
Lens ratio: The 100/200 collimation focusing lens ratio of the 10,000-watt cutting head is recommended or the zoom head with an adjustable ratio (the thickness of the 10,000-watt fiber laser cutting sheet covers a wide range, and a wide range of focus adjustment is required).
Connector model: At present, the mainstream of 10,000-watt fiber laser output heads are Q+ and QD, and the selection of cutting heads should be consistent with them. Maxphotonics 10,000-watt fiber laser output heads are uniformly Q+ models.
2. Installation and maintenance of 10,000-watt cutting head
maintain:
1. Before using the cutting head, it is recommended to wrap a layer of tape around the cutting head (use torn off the glue without residue) to avoid the dust in the gaps entering the cutting head during later maintenance;
2. Once the inner lens of the 10,000-watt cutting head is dirty or damaged, it is recommended to replace it. It is not recommended to take it out for cleaning to avoid secondary and more serious pollution;
3. In addition to replacing the lower protective lens, the 10,000-watt cutting head can be operated on the cutting machine, and the replacement of the upper protective lens and the collimating focusing lens must be carried out in a dust-free environment of more than 1,000 grades;
4. Check the lens of the 10,000-watt cutting head. First, use white paper to check whether there are black spots in the red light of the 10,000-watt fiber laser, then output the laser at low power, and use black photosensitive paper to check whether there are spots. Finally, take out the lens and inspect it under a microscope.

Cooling configuration: The diameter of the water pipe output from the water cooler to the cutting head must be larger than the diameter of the water cooling interface of the cutting head (φ8mm), the water flow rate is ≥4L/min, and the water temperature is 28~30℃.
Water flow direction: high temperature water output of water cooler → output head of 10,000 watt fiber laser → cavity of 10,000 watt cutting head → high temperature water input of water cooler → bottom cavity of 10,000 watt cutting head.
Cooling scheme: Since some brands of cutting heads have no cooling device at the bottom of the cavity, in order to ensure long-term stable processing, in order to avoid the high temperature of the cutting head affecting the follow-up, it is recommended to install a water cooling module.
