Plasma laser cutting dust collector draws in contaminated dust through the side air inlet, and the dust entering the equipment cavity enters the net purification room through the impact spark pretreatment system. The dust entering the chamber is blocked by the filtration system. The filter is made of imported flame retardant nano material, which makes the dust form clumps on the surface of the filter material.

Laser cutting machine dust collector equipment working principle

1、Turn on the power and compressed air, press the switch button, the induced draft fan starts and the dust collector begins to work.

Plasma cutting machine dust removal system, plasma cutting is a technology that uses plasma arc for metal cutting. Its temperature is up to about 2x104°C, which can make metal materials melt or vaporize instantly. The main structure and process of dust collection system: The dust collection system of CNC plasma cutting machine is following dust collection type. When the dust collection system works, the dust collection hood only controls the cutting part of the cutting platform and always ensures that the air is extracted from the cutting part of the cutting head, i.e. the part that generates fumes. The cutting fume first passes through a primary cyclone dust collector to deal with the larger particles, and then passes through a secondary cartridge type high efficiency fume cleaner to deal with the more harmful breathing dust. The system uses small air volume, and the production of dust hood is relatively simple, the overall investment cost is small, and the dust removal efficiency is high. The air treated by the dust collector is discharged to the standard through a 15.5m high exhaust stack.


Plasma cutting machine dust collector uses high efficiency filter cartridge as filter element. The filter cartridge must be made of a PTFE film, whose tiny sieve pores can block most of the submicron dust particles and form a permeable dust barrier cake on the surface of the filter material, which can block most of the dust particles. The filter cartridge is equipped with an automatic back-blowing mechanism to ensure that the dust can be effectively removed in time under the blowing of compressed air to improve the purification effect and the service life of the filter material.

The dust particles deposited on the cartridge will fall off from the surface of the cartridge under the action of high pressure airflow, so that the whole surface of the cartridge will be cleaned. The purified air (blue) is discharged by the air duct and fan.


One-piece cartridge purifier system structure characteristics.

One-piece purifier is composed of two major parts: filter unit and fan, of which the filter unit and fan are integrated together is the one-piece machine, and the filter unit and fan are placed separately is the split machine. One-piece machine has compact structure, simple and beautiful, small footprint, and has strong applicability to some small sites, but the one-piece machine also has its limitations, with the increase of air volume, the volume of the one-piece machine will become larger, so the purifier with large air volume should not be made into a one-piece machine, but into a split machine. The split machine is connected with the filter unit and the fan by pipeline, which is suitable for some places with large air volume demand. The fans are noise treated, and the machine has built-in muffler, which can make the noise control of the equipment operation below 75dB. ★ PTFE-coated polyester filter cartridge.

The purifier adopts high-efficiency filter cartridge as the filtering element. The filter material chosen for this filter cartridge is different from the general traditional filter material, which has a PTFE film attached to its surface. Traditional filter materials (such as cotton, cotton satin, paper and other traditional cellulose, etc.) have a fiber gap of 5 to 60 um. When the soot passes through, part of the dust particles in the soot will enter the filter material and block the filter element; when the blocking situation gradually deteriorates and effective dust cleaning cannot be carried out, the air resistance of the filter element will rise and the air flow that can be passed will drop. If there is no automatic dust cleaning, the filtration effect will decline rapidly, but the surface of the filter material used in this series of purifiers is equipped with a layer of PTFE film, whose tiny sieve can block most of the submicron dust particles; submicron dust particles gather on the surface of the filter material and form a permeable dust barrier cake, most of the dust particles are blocked on the outer surface of the filter material and cannot enter the inside of the filter material, which can be removed effectively in time under the blowing of compressed air. The filter media has a high filtration efficiency, at least 3 to 5 times higher than the traditional filter media, for ≥0.1μm soot filtration efficiency ≥99.99%; and the service life is more than 2 times higher than the traditional filter media.
