Fiber laser cutting head lens maintenance

1. Maintenance and replacement of protective mirror

The cutting effect is not good, but the cutting protection mirror is normal, and there is a burning spot detected by the optometry

When the lens is damaged, it is usually caused by the contamination of the collimating protective lens or the focusing protective lens. At this time, after-sales personnel are required to check whether the lens has burning spots. Before inspection, wipe the exterior with a lint-free cloth dipped in alcohol.

Removal of protective mirror

When the protective lens is attached to impurities or foreign objects, the protective lens will be damaged due to the absorption of laser heat by the impurities or foreign objects. Therefore, the protective lens needs to be cleaned regularly. Recommended cleaning cycle: one week. At the same time, the protective lens is a wearing part and needs to be replaced in time after damage.

Loosen the hand screw, then grab the hand screw with both hands and slowly and smoothly pull out the protective lens holder and move it to a clean and dust-free environment.
