This "flag" led to the future new product launch conference and released a total of 5 high-end new products of the flag series. The products are mainly divided into three categories, namely, high-performance continuous lasers for automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, and aerospace, laser products for popular 3D printing applications in recent years, and ABP fiber lasers with shutters for new energy fields. , single-mode 300W MOPA pulsed fiber laser and high-energy 1000W pulsed laser.


1. Vehicles, ships, aerospace fields - high performance 6kW/12kW

Because of its new technical principles and manufacturing methods, 3D printing has huge advantages that traditional precision machining cannot match. After more than 30 years of development, the industry is gradually maturing, showing a trend of accelerated growth. One of its important applications is laser selective melting (SLM), which is an additive manufacturing technology in which metal powders are melted and stacked layer by layer through lasers. Defects in structural parts due to diversification and complex manufacturing processes have always been a pain point in the industry. In response to this pain point, Raycus has launched a new 3D printing laser product RFL-C500AM ABP, which can be used in medical, aerospace, traditional manufacturing, automotive, dental and other fields.

The rapid development of new energy vehicles has driven the application of lasers in the production process of power batteries. Due to its good characteristics, lasers can be used for welding different parts of power batteries.


The new generation of ABP fiber lasers with optical gates launched by Raycus at this conference, through the breakthrough of dual analog control technology and ring-spot optical-gate coupling technology, realizes the independent adjustment and power independence of the center-core and ring-core power at any ratio. Display, can realize 50/150 core diameter, 4000/2000W two-way or four-way split light gate ring light spot output, improve the flexibility of use and production efficiency.
