Laser marking: Widely used in various materials and almost all industries, currently using YAG lasers, CO2 lasers, and semiconductor pump lasers.

1. Fiber laser marking machine

There are 10W, 20W, 30W, 50W, 75W, and 100W fiber laser marking machines that use fiber lasers. The fiber laser has a small volume, good beam quality, no water cooling device, uses air cooling, and can also be maintenance free. Mainly used for materials such as electronics, metals, plastics, ceramics, tobacco, etc., it can engrave text, patterns, barcodes, and other contents, especially for marking materials with high hardness, high melting point, and brittleness.


2. UV laser marking machine

There are 3W, 5W, 10W, and 15W ultraviolet laser marking machines, which use 355nm ultraviolet lasers. The 355 ultraviolet laser focuses on a very small spot, which can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of the material, and the impact of processing heat is also very small. Mainly used for products with higher requirements for text and patterns, such as mobile phone screens, LED screens, optical devices, automotive glass, hardware, ceramics, glasses and watches, PC, electronic devices, various instruments, PCB boards and control panels, nameplate display boards, plastic, etc.

3. Carbon dioxide laser marking machine

There are 10W, 15W, 20W, 30W, 50W, 100W, and 200W carbon dioxide laser marking machines, mainly used in products that require more precision and precision, such as wood products, leather products, food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, tobacco, rubber, acrylic, textiles, handicrafts, and other non-metallic materials. Moreover, the marking effect is more refined and beautiful than that of screen printing and inkjet printing.

4. Green laser marking machine

Green light laser marking machines are available in 3W, 5W, 8W, 10W, and 20W, mainly used in glass products, crystal products, ceramics, metals, plastics, electronics, and other products. They belong to the category of cold light, and can also be applied to products with high thermal response and precision requirements.

5. Semiconductor end pump laser marking machine

The semiconductor end pumped laser marking machine uses a solid-state laser pumped by a semiconductor laser as the pump source, which is injected into the laser crystal after being combined with optical fibers. The pump beam enters the gain medium and overlaps with the cavity mode space, resulting in high beam quality and high power laser output. The main product materials used are the same as fiber laser marking machines, and their performance in various aspects is similar to that of fiber laser marking machines. However, the peak power of semiconductor end pump laser marking machines is higher.

6. Flying laser marking machine

Flight laser marking machine is a dynamic marking function developed on the basis of the above laser marking machines, mainly used in flow operations. It can mark products without restrictions 365 days a day, and can automatically generate serial numbers and batch numbers, especially for enterprises, greatly improving production efficiency.
