1. Normal switch
Startup: Turn on the regulated power supply first, then turn on the water cooling, air compressor, refrigerating machine, numerical control, laser, high-purity nitrogen bottle (the pressure reducing valve controls about 0.5 MKA), and finally turn on the operation panel. The first thing to do when starting the machine is to return to zero. During the process of returning to zero, you must first determine whether the emergency stop is released, whether the alarm is released, and then return to zero. If the zero return cannot be completed or the zero return action is not completed and then stopped, enter SIEMENS→Start up→NCK Reset→YES to restart the CNC, wait for the red lights on the handheld to light up, and then press SETZERO to return to zero, or turn off The main control computer restarts and returns to zero. Standby: When the equipment needs to stop working temporarily, it can be put in the standby state, turn off the HV ON, and take a photo of the emergency stop switch.
Shutdown: turn off the high voltage, turn off the laser, turn off the operation panel, water cooler, air dryer, laser electric cabinet, numerical control electric cabinet, exhaust fan, regulated power supply, and turn off all gas cylinders.
In addition, the air compressor and the air dryer need to release water every day. If it is running 24 hours, it is necessary to ensure that the water is released at least once every 6 hours, and once every 4 hours when the air is relatively humid in summer.
2. Proficient in operating machine tools for production, mastering various material cutting processes
First copy the program in, then call out the cutting parameters of the corresponding material and thickness, change the corresponding nozzle, hit the center, adjust the focus, and confirm that the program is correct and the gas is turned on before cutting. For hitting the center, it takes a lot of practice to master the feel to hit the light faster.
Nozzle: Use 1.0 nozzle for cutting carbon steel below 6MM, 1.5 nozzle for cutting 8MM, 12MM carbon steel, and 2.0 nozzle for carbon steel above 14MM. Generally, we can use 2.0 nozzles for stainless steel below 4MM, and 2.5 nozzles for stainless steel above 5MM. We use double-layer nozzles for cutting carbon steel, and single-layer nozzles for cutting stainless steel.
Cutting gas: The oxygen pressure is controlled by numerical control, but the pressure of the pressure reducing valve should not exceed 0.5MPA (otherwise the electronic valve will not be able to open), and the maximum nitrogen gas pressure should not exceed 25 kg.
Nitrogen perforation is used for stainless steel below 3MM, and oxygen perforation is used for cutting stainless steel above 4MM or carbon steel. When cutting stainless steel above 3MM, it is best to dig a small hole first and then cut after punching. The digging radius is defined in the parameters. The nitrogen pressure for cutting stainless steel below 2MM is 8 kg, the nitrogen pressure for cutting 3MM and 4MM stainless steel is 10 kg, the nitrogen pressure for 5MM and 6MM stainless steel is 12 kg, and the nitrogen pressure for cutting 8MM stainless steel requires 15 kg. If you cut stainless steel with oxygen, just cut it as if it were carbon steel.
Cutting: Adjust the focus position before cutting (there is a reference value recorded in the notepad of the expert database), you can find a piece of material of the same thickness for trial cutting, and then cut the product after adjusting to the best state. For the tool compensation in the cutting process, if you use knife compensation, you should always use the left knife to compensate, follow the principle of inner reverse and outer smooth, try to cut a small square before cutting, adjust Kerf in the parameters, and then cut; if you do not use a knife Supplement is required
Change each "G41" in the program to ";G41". Mechanical sensors are used for cutting non-metallic materials.
Laser ventilation: The laser needs to be exchanged every 72 hours. When you see the GASCHANGE IN MAX24h alarm on the laser, it means that the laser needs to be ventilated. At this time, you only need to drop the high voltage, open the gas bottle and press the button on the laser cabinet. F7→F6→F2→F7 can realize gas exchange (please pay attention to this process, make sure that LASERON is turned on), wait for a few minutes and turn off the gas cylinder after the gas exchange is completed. Note that the alarm laser can still be used normally for 24 hours after the occurrence of GASCHANGE IN MAX24h, but try to replace the gas when you see this alarm, so that the beam quality is more guaranteed.
3. Use of programming software SHAPE
Programming: After the CAD drawing is finished, the drawing should be zeroed and saved in .dxf format. Import CAD graphics, first change the tool, then add leads, restore graphics, reorder, and finally save the n file generation program, if you need to save it, you can save it to a file.
Typesetting: You can typesetting in CAD and then programming, or you can process a single graphic in SHAPE first (adding leads, sorting order, merging graphics), save it as a file, and then typesetting in the software to generate the program.
Calculate the line length: import the graphics that need to calculate the line length into the software, and save the e file to know the cutting line length
4. Care and Maintenance
Pay attention to the cleaning of the focusing lens and clean it frequently. Check the external optical path once a month and adjust it if it is found to be out of alignment. The mirror should be cleaned regularly every three months, and if any pollution is found, it should be cleaned in time. Machine tools, water coolers, and lasers should be regularly maintained according to the maintenance requirements in the operation manual to maintain the best condition of the equipment. In addition, the FARLEY LASERLAB after-sales service department will do a maintenance on the laser every 2,000 hours of operation to keep it in the best condition.
Air compressor maintenance and maintenance:
1 Check the oil level (at the 3/4 position) before starting the machine every day, and discharge the waste water after stopping the machine
2 Clean the cooling nets on 2 sides every week (air gun can blow) and air filters
3 Clean oil cooler air cooler every 1000 hours
4 Check the tension of the belt every 1000 hours to adjust

Notes on the dryer:
1 Keep a distance of more than 50 cm around the dryer
2 The indoor temperature should not exceed 35 degrees
3 Discharge of sewage every day
4 Clean the vents once a week (you can blow with an air gun)
5 Clean the filter monthly (soft brush, soapy water)
5. Safety and Protection
Fire prevention: Oxygen is required for cutting by the cutting machine. Smoking should be prohibited in the cutting machine area, especially near the oxygen cylinder, to prevent unnecessary damage caused by hidden dangers.
Laser: When hitting the center, be sure to first make sure that the person's hand is removed and then light; when adjusting the external light path, make sure that no one is standing in the light path range, and the operator must also pay attention to ensure that the light will not be When hitting a person and then lighting, the lighting power and time should be controlled to a reasonable range (the center power is generally between 50 and 100W, and the light output time is controlled within 0.1 to 0.3S; when the external light path is adjusted, the light output power is generally controlled within 100 to 100W. 300W, the light output time is controlled between 0.3 and 0.5S), after the external light path is adjusted, all protective covers must be installed before cutting. When ventilating, remove the high voltage first, and close the mixing cylinder and the laser door immediately after the ventilating. Do not open the laser cabinet door casually, and do not touch the circuits and electronic components inside with your hands.
Exchange table: try not to use automatic exchange, make sure that no one is standing in the exchange, the cutting head has been raised, if any emergency occurs during the exchange process, immediately stop the exchange or shoot off the emergency stop.
