2. The welding machine is forced air cooling, so dust will be inhaled from the surrounding gaps and accumulated in the chassis, so it is necessary to regularly blow and remove the accumulated dust inside the welding machine;
3. Comprehensive work such as the replacement of aging parts and the repair of the shell, as well as the repair of the insulation deterioration;
4. It is strictly forbidden to place liquid objects, tools, flammable objects and other items on the control cabinet;
5. Maintenance of the hand-held laser welding torch head, such as regular inspection and replacement of the contact tip;
6. Regularly clean and replace the spring hose in the welding torch head;
7. Check the insulating ferrule in the welding torch head.
