Nozzle quality from those aspects to see

First: look at the material, a good nozzle, the material must be a high conductivity, good thermal conductivity. General purple copper material nozzle will be better than brass material to ensure a good capacitive signal.

Second: look at the processing accuracy: a good laser head nozzle, its concentricity to reach 0.03mm, and the size of the nozzle below 1.0mm, concentricity is to reach 0.02mm. high-precision concentricity of the nozzle can not only reduce the processing of the pre-commissioning, more effective to avoid high-energy laser hit the laser head wall, so as to avoid damage to the laser head. Nozzle center and the laser's center is not the same axis, the impact on the cutting quality: 1) affect the cutting section, when the cutting gas in the jet, resulting in uneven gas volume, so that the cutting section is more likely to appear on one side of the melt stains, the other side of the phenomenon is not, on cutting the thin plate below 3mm, it has less impact, in cutting more than 3mm plate, its impact is more serious, sometimes resulting in the inability to cut. 2) Affect the quality of sharp corners, when cutting workpieces with sharp corners or small angles, it is easy to produce local over-melting phenomenon, when cutting thick plates, it may not be able to cut. 3) Affect the perforation, it is not stable when perforating, the time is not easy to control, the perforation of thick plates will cause over-melting, and the perforation conditions are not easy to master, the perforation of thin plates has less impact.

Third: look at the surface finish and anti-oxidation treatment: a clean surface and good anti-oxidation treatment can effectively reduce the adhesion of molten material during the cutting process, extending the life of the nozzle.
