Fault 1: the laser intensity drops, the mark is not clear enough
Solution.
1, check the laser resonant cavity has not changed, fine-tune the resonant cavity lens, so that the output spot best.
2, when the acousto-optical crystal offset or acousto-optical source output energy is low: adjust the position of the acousto-optical crystal or increase the acousto-optical source work current.
3、The laser entering the oscillating mirror is eccentric: adjust the laser.
4, if the current is adjusted to about 20A, the sensitivity is not strong enough: the general krypton lamp aging, the need to replace the new.
Fault 2: the krypton lamp can not be triggered (refer to the NTP power supply manual)
Solution.
1, check all power cables.
2, if the high pressure krypton lamp is aging, replace the krypton lamp.
Fault 3: One long and three short alarms when online
Causes and exclusion methods.
1, the software does not work, the motherboard is loose. Please re-insert the computer when you open it.
2, when the Q drive alarm light is on, check whether the 37 pin and 15 pin are loose and the Q switch is correctly watered.
3、When the laser power alarm light is on, check if the chiller is on and if the lamp is damaged (if damaged the lamp needs to be replaced).
Fault 4: not luminous cause
Solution.
1, check whether the whole machine optical circuit screws are loose, need to tighten the screws.
2, check whether there is too much dust in the gun body, to prevent damage to the gun endoscope. If found, the gun endoscope must be replaced.
3, chiller long time on without opening the laser power and lighting, will cause freezing, not bright. Need to turn off the whole power system for 1 hour and then restart.
4, the aging of the lamp or laser power decline, must replace the lamp.
5、After a long time working, the laser power decreases, open the bottom cover of the gun, need to be adjusted in the gun endoscope.
Fault 5: computer common problems
Check and note that
1. The computer must be checked for complex graphics in processing.
2. Do not connect the on-line computer to the network cable, it is a separate control for the laser system.
3. If the computer is running slowly, do not be too impatient at this point to avoid a crash.
4. Please pay attention to virus prevention to prevent system errors.
Fault 6: table XY axis is not allowed when
1、Check whether the screws on the table slide are loose.
2、The glass on the working table can be determined according to the specific needs of the user, and can be replaced with iron or plexiglass plates, and the balance under the glass can be adjusted.
3、The left and right corners of the workbench can be fitted with electronic rulers for the convenience of customers.
4、The screw holes on the working table can be easily positioned as determined by the product.
Fault 7: Jumping in operation, position roughly fixed
Causes and elimination methods.
1、Check whether the synchronous belt is stretched too long and deformed, if so, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
2、When the pinion slot inside the size wheel reduction device is dirty, clean the dirt from the pinion slot.
3、When the drive shaft pinion is dirty, clean the dirt on the drive shaft gear slot.
Fault 8: The starting and ending points of the closing line are not closed
1、If the timing belt is too loose, tighten the timing belt.
2、The connection between the gear and the shaft is loose and needs to be retightened.
3、The X-axis guide and Y-axis guide are not vertical, adjust the verticality of the X-axis and Y-axis guide.
4、When there is a large gap between the slider and the guide rail, the slider needs to be replaced.
Fault 9: If you encounter a situation where you cannot cut in
There are several reasons and exclusion methods as follows.
1、When the vertical light is incorrect, please adjust the vertical light and readjust the light path if necessary.
2、If the focal length is not adjusted properly, please refocus.
3、Voltage is unstable, the voltage is low and the laser current is too low. You need to replace the voltage regulator with a larger one and increase the laser current output.
4、If the air nozzle outlet is blocked by splatter, you should clean the air nozzle in time.
5、Protect the air blockage, you need to clean the air pump, air filter, air circulation path.
6、After the reflector and focusing mirror are polluted, clean the reflector and focusing mirror with cleaning solution.
7. Check whether the laser tube is disconnected, if so, the laser tube needs to be replaced.
8、If the luminous control module on the motherboard is faulty, replace the motherboard directly.
9, There is a potentiometer device, the potentiometer setting is too small or its own fault, adjust the potentiometer setting or replace the potentiometer.
10. The energy setting in the software is too small, please increase the energy.
11. Material problem, please choose the right material
12. If the focusing lens is cracked or the focusing effect is poor, replace the focusing lens directly.
13. The laser tube is too dirty and the cooling effect is poor. The cooling water must be pure water or distilled water.
Laser marking machine operation precautions
1, it is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply and Q power supply when there is no water or abnormal water circulation.
2, Q power supply does not allow no-load operation (i.e. the output of the Q-switching power supply is overhanging).
3, if abnormalities occur, first turn off the vibrating mirror switch and the key switch, and then carry out the inspection.
4, before the krypton lamp is lit, do not allow other components to be started to prevent high voltage from entering and damaging the components.
5, pay attention to the output end (anode) of the laser power supply overhang to prevent fire and breakdown with other electrical appliances.
6、Keep the internal circulating water clean. Clean the water tank regularly and replace it with deionised water or pure water.
