If it cannot be replaced in a timely manner, it will not only affect the normal operation of the equipment, delay the work cycle, and even damage the laser cutting machine to a certain extent. In order to ensure the normal operation of production, factories and enterprises generally prepare many commonly used accessories for unexpected needs and ensure uninterrupted production.
There are generally the following types of commonly used accessories for laser equipment:
1、 Beam expanding lens
A beam expander is a lens component that can change the diameter and divergence angle of a laser beam. For laser processing, only by adjusting the beam expander to make the laser beam collimated (parallel) can the focusing mirror be used to obtain small high-power density light spots; In laser ranging, only by using a beam expander to maximize the improvement of laser collimation can ideal long-distance measurement results be achieved; By using a beam expander, the beam diameter can be changed for use in different optical instruments and equipment; The use of a beam expander in conjunction with a spatial filter can transform the asymmetric beam distribution into a symmetrical distribution and make the light energy distribution more uniform.
2、 Protective lenses
Laser protective lenses are one of the essential accessories during the use of laser welding equipment. The main function of protecting lenses is to prevent debris from splashing and damaging the lens or operator. Plating high damage antireflective film on both sides can also reduce reflection. The general replacement cycle for protective lenses is 3 months or depending on the actual situation.
3、 Reflector lens
In a laser system, there are usually only one to two transmissive optical elements used as the output mirror of the laser cavity and the focusing lens at the end. In some other laser systems, there may be five or more reflective lenses. Reflective lenses are used as tail mirrors and refractive mirrors to control beam steering in laser cavities and beam transmission systems.
4、 Copper nozzle
The copper nozzle can assist in rapid gas spraying, effectively preventing impurities such as molten stains from rebounding upwards, thereby protecting the focusing lens. At the same time, the copper nozzle can also control the size of the gas diffusion area, which will affect the cutting quality of the laser cutting machine. At the same time, the aperture size of the nozzle will vary depending on the thickness of the cutting material. The replacement cycle is generally about two months.
