M series galvanometer:
The M series high-speed scanning galvanometer can carry a 10mm spot reflective lens, and the maximum incident spot diameter is 10mm. It is used in optical scanning, laser marking, drilling, micromachining, and medical industries. The optical scanning system has the characteristics of fast speed, low drift, high positioning accuracy and reliable and stable operation. Its comprehensive performance has reached the domestic leading level. It is mainly suitable for high-speed and online flying marking of optical fiber, YAG and CO2 lasers. This 2D scanning galvanometer can choose lenses with different wavelengths and different power levels, and supports the XY2-100 international general agreement.
