Laser Protection Lenses


Laser protective lenses are mainly used in laser cutting and welding machines to block or prevent high-temperature spatter from damaging valuable laser focusing lenses, but cannot weaken the laser output energy. As a final optical part, it is placed in the work area to protect high-value internal parts. Application and laser head of laser cutting welding machine


The main functions of the fiber laser protective lens are: to protect the focusing lens, to prevent splashes from sputtering on the lens and causing damage to the lens, and to ensure the processing accuracy requirements by regularly replacing the protective lens. After coating the lens with a 1064nm antireflection coating with a high damage threshold (>15J/cm2), it can effectively increase the pass rate of the lens, reduce energy loss, and improve the quality of processed products. Widely used in: laser cutting machine, laser welding machine and other laser equipment.
