Don't connect the ground wire of the laser wrong again, this is the correct wiring method!
What is a ground wire?
The ground wire, also known as the lightning protection wire, refers to the wire used to introduce the current into the ground; when the electrical equipment leaks, the current enters the ground through the ground wire, especially for high-power electrical appliances. Its function is to quickly introduce current into the ground through the grounding wire when your electrical equipment leaks or is inductively charged, so that the equipment shell is no longer charged, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
Lasers and laser equipment all need strong power to ensure stable operation. Because there is strong power access, the grounding wire is a very important part of the use process. The laser grounding wire can not only prevent leakage, but also prevent interference; if the grounding wire is not connected or not connected properly, not only the staff will be easily injured when the machine leaks, but also the laser circuit board will be damaged.
Factory layout requirements
1. Use galvanized round steel with a diameter of 12 or 5*50 galvanized angle iron to drive into the ground, the depth is preferably more than 1.5M, and the grounding resistance is within 4 ohms. , connected with galvanized flat iron in the middle;
2. Use copper wire (more than 16 square meters) to connect with the ground wire of the equipment. The ground wires of machine tools, signal control cabinets, voltage stabilizers, and lasers can be connected to the wiring bar, close to the grounding stake.
Correct wiring method
1. Preparation tools: multimeter, wrench, hexagon socket;
2. Connect the PE wire of the laser to the ground wire of the voltage stabilizer, and use a multimeter to measure the resistance value between the laser shell and the ground wire of the voltage stabilizer. If it is less than 1 ohm, the connection is qualified; Connect the line to the ground wire of the voltage stabilizer, and use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the machine tool and the machine tool control cabinet shell and the ground wire of the voltage stabilizer. If it is less than 1 ohm, the connection is qualified.
3. Check whether the ground wire connection between the voltage stabilizer and the main distribution cabinet is connected. Use a multimeter to test the resistance value between the voltage stabilizer ground wire and the main distribution cabinet ground wire. If it is within 4 ohms, it is normal; .
4. Install the protection adapter board, connect the laser external control line and the machine tool control cabinet through the protection adapter board, and install the two PE lines on the adapter board terminals. After installation, measure the protection adapter board PE terminals and the machine tool. The resistance value of the PE terminal of the control cabinet in the connected state, if it is less than 1 ohm, the installation is qualified;
5. Check whether the ground wire is installed properly
①The impedance of the laser shell to the ground wire should be less than 4 ohms when measured by a multimeter. (Beyond the standard laser ground wire is not connected)
②The impedance between the laser and the machine casing should be less than 1 ohm for the multimeter measurement.
③Unplug the laser external control line, power on the machine tool control cabinet, and when the external control line is not connected, when the control signal of the controller system (machine tool) is continuously output, the voltage of the control signal to ground (EN+, EN-, PWM+, PWM- is less than 25v DA+ , DA- is less than 11v), there is no obvious spike in the oscilloscope measurement. (The ground wire beyond the standard control cabinet is not connected properly)
6. The investigation test is completed and there is no abnormality, and the ground wire connection is completed.
Unqualified wiring:
The first: Missing connection.
1) The PE line of the laser power supply line is missing and not connected to the ground terminal of the voltage stabilizer;
2) The PE line of the power supply line of the machine tool is missing and not connected to the ground terminal of the voltage stabilizer;
3) The PE line at the input end of the voltage stabilizer is missing and is not connected to the ground terminal of the circuit breaker or power distribution cabinet;
4) The PE wire of the laser external control harness is missing, and it is not connected to the fuse adapter board or the ground terminal of the machine tool control cabinet;
5) The PE line of the power supply line of the machine tool control cabinet is missing, and it is not installed on the ground terminal of the control cabinet;
The second type: not lead to ground stakes
1) There is no connection between the ground wire of the laser, machine tool, machine tool control cabinet and the ground wire of the voltage stabilizer;
2) There is no connection between the ground wire of the voltage stabilizer and the ground wire of the input circuit breaker;
There is no connection between the ground wire of the circuit breaker at the input end of the voltage stabilizer and the ground wire of the main power distribution cabinet;
