EMPOWER RAYTOOLS BS06K Common Troubleshooting

Common malfunctions:

- The four-color light of the cutting head does not light up after the power is turned on

1. Check whether the connection line between the board and the cutting head is firmly inserted

2. Check the board 1.2.3.4 interface 24V, 0V is connected correctly

3. Check whether the board fuse is in good condition

- WIFI can't connect

1. There are two types of WIFI passwords: the first one: 12345678

The second: 67601510

2.ID address: 192.168.4.1:21880

3. Turn off the mobile network or debug the airplane mode

4. Restart WIFI

5. If the WIFI cannot be connected, turn off the 24V power supply and restart it

(Note: the BS06K control line cannot be hot-swapped, it is easy to burn the fuse)

- The cutting head has no alarm, and the APP does not respond to the moving focus position

1. Observe whether the mobile phone APP monitoring is connected normally

(Note: There is a delay in the response of the mobile APP)

2. Check whether the platform configuration is correct

The actual zero focus is not on the scale O

1. Mobile phone monitoring software for bias

(Note: Currently the offset point only supports +-10)

The actual focus of the system and APP does not correspond

The focus is off

1. Check whether the pins 11-12 of the small board correspond to the analog +- or not

2. Check whether the analog + analog- is connected to the DA end of the Bochu motherboard card

(Note: The cutting head analog +- cannot be connected to the expansion board)

3. Measure the voltage, whether there is a voltage difference, if there is a voltage difference,

Check whether the ground wire is well connected and exclude the source of voltage difference.

4. Correct the focus with the DA focus in the Bochu software
