1. Nozzle size:
The nozzle size is selected according to the thickness of the sheet metal cut by the user. The aperture of the nozzle controls the air flow and the shape of the air field, which is very important for the quality of the cut. Generally, when using a laser cutting machine to cut a thin plate less than 3mm, it is recommended to use a nozzle with a diameter of 1mm, and a nozzle with a thickness of 3mm or more is recommended to choose a nozzle with a diameter of 1.5. mm For cutting sheet metal larger than 10mm, a nozzle with a diameter of 2mm or larger is usually chosen.
2. Nozzle material:
For a good nozzle, the material must have high electrical conductivity and good thermal conductivity. Generally speaking, copper nozzles are better than brass ones and can ensure a good capacitive signal.
3. Nozzle machining accuracy:
A good laser head nozzle should have a concentricity of 0.03mm, and a nozzle with a size smaller than 1.0mm should have a concentricity of 0.02mm.
