Introduction and working principle of industrial dust collectors commonly used in factory workshops

In industrial production, a large amount of dust is often generated, and with the strict implementation of environmental protection laws, industrial producers have been required to equip the corresponding dust removal equipment, and there are so many dust removal equipment, and how do they work? The following is a brief understanding of several types of industrial dust collection equipment often found in the market.

1、Bag dust collector

The working principle of dust collector is as follows: dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the lower open flange, coarser particles fall directly into the ash bin, dust-containing gas is filtered by the filter bag, dust is retained on the bag surface, net gas goes to the net gas chamber through the bag mouth and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag keeps increasing, the program control instrument starts to work and opens the pulse valve one by one, so that the compressed air blows on the filter bag through the nozzle to clear the dust, which makes the filter bag expand suddenly, and under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust given to the bag table quickly falls out of the bag into the ash bin, and the dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve.

Application industry: mainly used to separate the industrial waste gas of particulate dust and fine dust, widely used in metallurgy, mining, cement, thermal power plants, building materials, foundry, chemical, tobacco, asphalt mixer, grain, machining, boiler dust removal.

2、Cyclone dust collector

The working principle of cyclone dust collector with bypass is that the dusty gas enters tangentially from the inlet, the airflow gets rotating movement at the same time, the airflow is separated up and down to form double worm movement, the dust produces strong separation at the boundary of double worm, the coarser dust particles are divided to the outer wall with the lower worm airflow, some of the dust is led out by the hole in the middle of the bypass separation chamber, the remaining dust is brought to the ash hopper by the downward airflow. The upper worm airflow has a gathering effect on the fine dust particles, thus improving the dust removal efficiency. This part of the fine dust particles is brought to the upper part by the upper worm airflow, forming a strongly rotating upper dust ring under the top cover, and entering the upper hole of the bypass separation chamber together with the upper worm airflow, which is introduced into the cone through the return air opening to merge with the internal airflow, and the purified gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe, and the separated dust enters the hopper.

Application industry: It is mainly applied to the coarse and intermediate purification of dust in various industrial boilers, machining, metallurgy and building materials, casting, mining, cement and mining.
