5、Cutting nozzle: installed in the front of the cutting head, is the laser beam and pavement gas discharge m channel. The auxiliary gas passes through the inner cavity of the nozzle and forms a high-speed airflow. The molten material will be blown away to achieve the purpose of cutting.
Maintenance of the laser cutting head.
1, before going to and from work with a brush to clear the dust, and then clean the entire cutting head exterior with a small amount of alcohol in a dust-free cloth (note that you can not use gas blowing).
2, check whether the light comes out from the centre of the nozzle before cutting, otherwise, re-adjust the light correction.
3、Check the roundness and cleanliness of the nozzle before cutting and clean the nozzle.
4、Check daily if the protective lens is clean, otherwise, clean the protective lens with isopropyl alcohol or analytical alcohol (with an alcohol content of 99.5% or more), clean and without water stains.
5. Check daily if the ceramic ring, SMA cable, SMA pin, preamplifier are loose and have foreign objects, tighten and clean.
