1. Under the condition of power failure.

2. Unscrew the screws of the cover of the marking head, and disassemble the relevant baffles (note that the drive boards of some galvanometers are also installed in the baffles, so be careful when removing them).

3. Loosen the strap connecting the inner galvanometer of the marking head and the driver board.

4. Remove the motor wires between the X and Y galvanometer motors and the driver board, as well as the power supply wires and signal wires on the driver board.

5. Remove the driver board first. The order in which the X and Y driver boards are removed mainly depends on whether there is any obstacle.

6. Remove the Y motor and slowly loosen the fixing block of the Y motor. When the Y motor can be moved, carefully pull out the motor along the parallel direction of the mounting hole.

7. Remove the X motor. In this step, it should be noted that when loosening the X motor clamp block, the X motor must be supported to prevent the motor from being damaged by falling down.

8. Pack the items you just removed.
