There are many customers who come to consult the laser cutting machine when cutting plates above 3mm, there will be a hole burst phenomenon, resulting in incomplete cutting samples or unstable follow-up of the follower head. 1. Reduce the oxygen pressure

Oxygen supports combustion in the cutting process. When the punching pressure is too high, the plate will be broken instantly, resulting in deflagration. Reduce the blowing pressure, the plate will be broken down slowly when punching, and will not cause deflagration.

2. Use air cutting

Cutting with air will improve the blowout phenomenon, but the cutting speed will be reduced. Of course, you can also use inert gas such as nitrogen, but the gas cost will be higher.

3. Adjust the focal length

It is more complicated to adjust the focal length to solve the explosion hole. We need to debug step by step in the cutting sample, so that the focal length can focus on the surface of the cutting plate. If you cut thick plates, it will reduce the aesthetics of the cut.

4. Upgrade equipment

Drilling and cutting adjust the gas and air pressure respectively, which can effectively reduce the probability of hole explosion.
