The ceramic ring is mounted on the cutting head, above the nozzle and below the sensor (see picture below). It has the effect of high temperature resistance and anti-deformation.

How to choose the right laser nozzle for laser cutting
1. Regarding the single-layer or double-layer of the nozzle, the single-layer laser nozzle is used for melting and cutting, that is, nitrogen is used as the auxiliary gas, and the single-layer laser nozzle is used for cutting stainless steel and aluminum plates. Double-layer laser nozzles are generally used for oxidation cutting, that is, using oxygen as auxiliary gas to cut carbon steel with double-layer laser nozzles.

Because the laser marking machine relies on the cooperation of X and Y vibration deflection, the light is reflected to the work surface for precise engraving. The control of the galvanometer is open-loop controlled by the computer. Therefore, the requirement must be linear, that is, there is a linear relationship between the input signal and the deflection angle. Because the galvanometer is a fast and precise machine, it is required that the acceleration be as large as possible from one working state to another, so that the marking time is infinitely small.
